First, make sure that the temperature dial is turned to a cool setting and allow the fridge to attempt to cool. If your refrigerator is too cold, despite adjusting the temperature setting, you may have an issue with the air damper or baffle, the thermostat may need to be calibrated, or there may be an issue with the main control board. There are a variety of problems that can cause an overactive refrigerator.
