Oven Repair
Most malfunctions with gas ovens involve the supply and ignition of the gas, reducing the efficiency of the oven, or causing it to cease working completely. For electric ovens, the guilty component is typically the heating element malfunctioning. Because of the basic functioning of ovens, the typical lifespan of a quality oven is between 10 and 20 years, so if issues do arise within this timeframe, you may be better served opting for quality oven repair over a replacement. Most of the replacement parts for gas and electric ovens are relatively inexpensive and once repaired, your oven should work like new again!
Stove Repair
A well-cared-for stove can expect to last between 13 and 17 years. If your stove or range begins to malfunction or not work as well as it once did, chances are, stove repairs are a viable option to get it working like new again as opposed to replacing it. A common cause of poor stove or range burner performance is that they become clogged with spilled food and grease over time, and could benefit from a thorough cleaning! If this doesn’t work, there may be an issue with the heating element, which can easily be repaired or replaced.
Regardless of how your oven or stove is misbehaving, the appliance professionals at WEPCO Services Inc. can diagnose and repair your gas or electric, residential or commercial kitchen appliances. Contact us for your free estimate today!

If it still doesn’t heat up, it may be the receptacle or the switch, our appliance professionals can fix it!
-
The oven door is stuck closed- if your oven door will not open, do not attempt to pry it as this could cause some major damage. Usually, the issue is a malfunctioning self-cleaning latch, which our appliance professionals can easily repair!
