The fountain is leaking- if there is water pooling anywhere in or around the fountain, or the water pressure is unexplainably low, it may indicate a leak. Leaks can be incredibly dangerous and expensive, so they should be fixed as quickly as possible. Turn the water off at the source and then call us!
The water is not cold- if your drinking fountain features a refrigeration feature and the water is not cool, it could be a variety of problems.
